Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 61 days of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Return shipping: For eligible returns initiated within 61 days of delivery, Biogeek covers the cost of return shipping.

How to start a return: Email us at hello@biogeekpro.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at hello@biogeekpro.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you — even if the item has been opened.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used products, gift cards, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
