Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times: We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and selected method. Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, contact us at hello@biogeekpro.com.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@biogeekpro.com and we will help resolve the issue.

International shipping: We do not currently ship outside the United States.
